About Me
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
Health and Fitness started as a stress release activity  Like for some it is smoking, drinking and socializing.
I manage to quit smoking and it 5 years plus, going strong. Running, yoga and bodyweight training came with daily practice and Online research. NO, I don't have six packs or muscular body. I am lean, scaled athlete, with our daily life, responsibility and no supplements.

Yes, this transformation is not an easy one as well, there is no cut-short(shortcut). with Time, it is consistent practice, various physical activity, converting bad habits to new productive habits, transforming your MIND over BODY.
